Bacon

Born and raised on the farm, our Berkshire pork are fed a largely forage diet along with portioned grain. This, along with the Berkshire pig being a heritage breed makes for a leaner, higher quality meat. 
On top of its amazing taste, this bacon proves itself superior when its dropped in the pan. Due to lower levels of fat, shrinkage is reduced, maintaining a larger final product.
