BBQ Ribs

Born and raised on the farm, our Berkshire pork are fed a largely forage diet along with portioned grain. This, along with the Berkshire pig being a heritage breed makes for a leaner, higher quality meat. 
Cooked in the oven, or smoked in the BBQ, these ribs are the perfect addition to any meal!
Each package contains two half racks
Cut to approx. 4"wide strips
