Rack of Lamb

Born and raised on the farm, all our lambs are fed a quality mix of grain and hay. All our lambs are slaughtered at approx. 6 months to ensure quality, and maintain tenderness.
Each rack is approx. 2.5 LB
All lamb products are sold by the pound
